Hey guys and gals!
I have been busy with my new job for the past 4 weeks, but I have managed to keep something in the works, which I work on for a couple of hours each night and a bit more on the weekends. It's one of my childhood favorites! Leonardo from TMNT!
This version is quite stylized, it was the style which was in my head when I started the character, I am quite happy with how it has come along thus far. I plan to also make a custom base for him and get the model printed so I can have it on my desk at work!
I hope you like it!
This is about 75% complete.
Sword design is next!

DemoReel test renders
Hey everyone
So I got off my slack ass and decided to start making my first showreel (not including the piece of rubbish I created when finishing university...) Here is an example of the different materials which will be applied to each model as it slowly rotates in the scene. Not all models have textures though so they will work a bit differently.
(CLICK TO MAKE BIGGER)
Now time to start the never ending rendering... I made some rough calculations on how long some of this is going to take to render and some of the figures I got was 9 days for one model, each one will be different though depending on size and detail. Anyway, will hopfully have the final up and running in the near future. Cheers for looking Tom

Ando Bust Update
Hey there
Yes another update, took a bit of a break from the model for a few days to refresh my eyes.
I added more detail to the normal map because I belive it was loosing some due to the ss material.
Dumbed down the saturation of the skin, to make it less 'pink'. Also removed the abient occlusion from the hair so it dosn't look as harsh.
Now time to try my hand at hair again...

Jason Statham Bust Update
Hey everyone just a quick update.
I managed to get the eyes looking semi realistic, still have to work on them a bit more.
Now for the hair.

Here is an update of the character fully textured and applied to the animatable mesh.
I used a diffuse, normal and displacment map to achive this look.
Here is a wireframe of the character as well, showing the animatable mesh.
Next I will rig the character and then hopfully get him animated and do a few pose renders with a few props and a setting.
More to come!

Hey
I finally finished the refining and detailing of the character.
It has taken me roughly 4 days so far to get to this point.
The next step will be to texture him within Zbrush and then export all of the texture maps to be applied to the model in Maya.
Keep a look out for my next update!
